The certification program of ACE is considered as one of the most respected in the industry of fitness. The certification exams conducted by ACE as well as the various materials used for study have all been developed by various experts who’ve all made their mark in the fitness industry either as researchers or practitioners. Back in 2003, the American Council on Exercise was granted a certification by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) for all of its various certification programs. In fact, ACE is considered as one of the only two certifying organizations in the whole industry of fitness, which have been able to have their programs accredited.
